Vaimo COVID-19

Given the current spread of COVID-19—and the subsequent uncertainty faced by businesses globally—I’d like to share our continuity plans, which are centred on providing the highest level of service to you at all times.

This situation is uncharted territory for us all. The challenges we’re facing as businesses and individuals are unprecedented. And it’s a tough balance between moving our businesses forward whilst keeping ourselves, our colleagues and our loved ones safe.

We understand that you’ll be experiencing new and unique demands, which is why I want to reiterate our commitment to helping your business navigate these rocky waters.

Vaimo’s Executive Team is in constant contact to monitor the evolving situation so that we continue to deliver our services to you as normal. In addition, we’re also following government guidelines from across the 15 countries in which we have offices. The welfare of our employees is paramount—as is flattening the curve and restricting the spread of the virus—which is why the majority of Vaimo employees are working from home.

Please be assured that we’ll be running as close to business as usual as possible. As a global company with cross-country teams, we’re built on remote communication and have a rich infrastructure of collaboration tools at our disposal to accommodate a fully-remote workforce. So whether it’s internal meetings or presentations with our clients, we have the technology and resources to carry on as normal. If you have specific questions or requests around meetings with us then please reach out to your Vaimo contact—it’s important that we tackle these challenges head-on, together. We’d also be happy to share our tips and tricks around our experience of running digital meetings, so if you need some advice on best practices and how to get started, contact our team.

As the majority of us are now working remotely, it’s more important than ever to keep up strong and open lines of communication. So remember to follow along on our blog, resources centre and social media for all the latest updates, particularly given the reorganisation of so many events around the world.

We cannot sugarcoat the fact that we’re in the midst of a global challenge. But what I can promise you is our unwavering commitment to clients, partners and the industry as a whole—in getting through this together. Look after yourself and your loved ones, remain diligent and do everything you can to keep a positive mindset in these tough times.

If you have any questions or concerns, then please get in touch. We are here.
